Account Registration & Management

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts may be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. This includes:

• Creating multiple accounts using the same identity document
• Operating multiple accounts using the same payment method
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. 35bd2 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.

2.4 Account Verification

35bd2 may verify your identity when required. This process may involve requesting copies of government-issued documents such as a national ID card, passport, or driving license. Withdrawals or other services may be restricted until verification is complete.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

35bd2 supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposits can currently be made through the following methods:

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large transactions may require additional verification.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests must be made from a verified account. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Failed Transactions

If a deposit amount is not credited to your account due to a technical issue, notify our support team immediately with proof of the transaction. We will investigate the matter as quickly as possible. If a transaction fails for any reason, 35bd2 will not hold the amount — a refund will be arranged.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳14,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings earned from the bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• After receiving a bonus, wagering must be completed within a set period — otherwise the bonus will expire.
• Bets placed with bonus balance may have different wagering contributions depending on the game category.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 35bd2 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

4.4 Promotional Offers

35bd2 may offer special promotions from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the promotions page. The general bonus policy applies to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

5.1 Acceptable Use
